The Way Of Cleansing

Mark 1:40-45 tells about Jesus healing a man whose body was diseased with leprosy. Leprosy is also representative of sin in Scripture. Just as leprosy causes the flesh to actually rot and deteriorate, sin eats at the soul of man. Man needs to be cleansed of sin just like a leper needs cleansing of leprosy. Only Jesus can do this! He has provided the way for man to be healed of his sin-sickness.
